Cellucor C4 Directions / Dosage: How to Take

Cellucor recommends that you do not exceed the recommended dosage. They recommend that you take 1 scoop of C4 20-30 minutes before your workout. Once you have accessed your tolerance to the supplement, you can increase your dosage to 2 scoops 20-30 minutes before your workout. Do not stack this product with any other stimulant based supplements.

Stacks

Cellucor does not recommend that you stack this product with any other stimulant based supplements. It should only be stacked with non stimulant based supplements such as creatine or protein.

Cycles

Due to the potency of the C4 pre-workout, you should take it for a maximum of 8 weeks before taking at least 4 weeks off before cycling it again.

This new formula has more caffeine and Theacrine, named TeaCor which the original Extreme does not. This is the newest and next version of extreme.

Does this formula have Creatine?

Yes, but only 1 gram of Creatine Nitrate per serving. It is recommended to also take a separate Creatine supplement along with this formula.
