Shake well before use. Spray 3-6 pumps onto clean, dry skin focusing on tired or sore muscles. Gently massage and leave on for maximum absorption or wash off after 20 minutes. Ideal to apply before bed to absorb overnight. Apply to feet and torso to maximise absorption and target muscles and nerves effectively, utilising thin skin and high blood vessel concentration.
